Customer Satisfaction
At Mr RC World, we guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase please contact us within 7 days and return the goods to us at the address on your invoice.

Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an invitation to treat. That means your order is an offer, not a contract between you and Mr RC World, so prices, stock and availability will not be contractually confirmed until you have received a confirmation of order by email and dispatched once payment authorisation has been confirmed.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Mr RC World on this site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Mr RC World will operate as a variation of these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.

Receipt of Order
Mr RC World must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment has been authorised and stock is checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order.

In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your payment method will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email.

We at Mr RC World reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

Returning a product
If you are not happy with your goods please contact us and return them to us with the original documentation and invoice within 7 days. Goods will NOT be accepted without prior consent . As long as the goods are in the same condition as when received, a full refund less postage will be credited by the payment method used by the purchaser.

Cancellations and exchanges
If you have realised you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Defective and damaged items
If you receive an item that you consider defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us whereby we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible either by dispatching a relacement item or refunding the cost of the item.

We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express and Electron credit and Debit cards via our secure payment portal. This payment method is guaranteed safe, ultra-secure and completely free of any charges to you as our customer.

We also accept Bank Giro Credit and personal or corporate cheques in £ Sterling (GBP). Please contact us for further details. Please be advised there is a 4 working day cheque clearance delay.

Your details and Data Protection. Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is of paramount importance to us, as such we do not use the information you provide on this site to learn any-more about you other than what is necessary to fulfil you order requirements or information needs.

Mr RC World uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or an enquiry. From time to time, we may update you on any relevant Mr RC World website offers, promotions or gift news, but only with your permission. We will never pass your details on to any third party, unless instructed by a Court of Law recognised in the United Kingdom and within the constitution of the European Economic Union.
