PAYMENT.
You can pay us in the currency of your choice and by the method of you choice. Unlike others, WE DO NOT CHARGE you for using your credit card, WE DO NOT CHARGE VAT. The final invoice sum at the checkout is what you pay – nothing more.

You can pay us by debit or credit card, personal or company cheque, bankers draft, Postal Orders and Bank Giro Credit.

CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDERS & BANKERS DRAFT

If you wish to pay us by personal, corporate cheque or bankers draft, please make your cheque for the full invoice value shown on the pre-committal order confirmation and on the order confirmation e-mail. Cheque's, Drafts and Postal Orders. Please contact us for further details.

Please be advised that we will only dispatch your order on acceptance of cleared funds. (this does not apply to bank drafts or postal orders)

BANK GIRO CREDIT (Faster Payments Service).
To pay by BGC please follow the instructions in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive once you have placed your order.
The 'Faster Payments Service’ offered by most high street banks allows you to make an immediate payment directly into our bank which is almost instantaneous. Please e-mail us once you have made the transfer, and we will dispatch your order on the same day.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES
We aim to deliver your order by the most efficient and cost effective methods currently available. To do this in the fairest way possible way, we have devised the following charging method. All our carriage at present is handled by the United Kingdom, Royal Mail Postal Services, who charge a proportionate cost which is relative to the weight in grams. Consequently, our delivery charges are calculated from the base packing and carriage charge cost plus a weight surcharge.

Currently the weight surcharge or 'poundage' is approximately 3p/gram. (3.2p/g) therefore, a component pack or device packed weight of 12g including the relevant specification sheet where applicable, will attract a further 0.38p to the base carriage charge.
(12 x 3.2p = 38.4p)
